SPANISH STEPS III
This amazing apartment is definitely located in the most beautiful district of Rome. The street is just one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL PEDESTRIAN STREET of the area and probably in town too, VIA DELLA CROCE so it is perfect if You have babies or children . the street is full of shops, restaurants e bars with outside tables, flower shops, bakery but don’t worry IT IS NOT NOISY AT ALL and we are at the 3rd floor ( WITH ELEVATOR ) so the apartment is sunny and quiet ! The apartment has been completely restored on dec 2013 and walls, electricity system, kitchen floors and all the furnitures are 100% new as well as the air conditioning system a powerful one in every room. Sleep 7, 130sq. mt. 3 Double bedrooms , 1 of them with a double bed that can be easily split into 2 single beds, dining room, a nice living room with 3 sofa, one of them is comfortable sofa-bed, entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, washing machine , dishwasher, 2 bathrooms with showers and tub. The apartment has satellite tv and wi-fi. We also have 2 more apartments in the same building, same size, same floor map , absolutely the same so if You are a big group of friends or a big family traveling together I can easily accommodate you here up to 22 people.
